Qibla direction from London
119.0° from true north — not magnetic north. A phone compass points at magnetic north, so the raw reading needs correcting before you face it. Tariq applies that correction for you.
How these times are calculated
Fajr and Isha depend on how far below the horizon the sun is taken to be, and authorities set that angle differently — which is why two apps can differ by fifteen minutes for the same city. This page uses Muslim World League (18° for Fajr), the convention commonly followed in United Kingdom. If your mosque publishes its own timetable, follow that: mosques round the times and set iqamah a fixed interval after the adhan.
