TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the app

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tariq and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your conduct in connection with the app

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or conduct that we deem harmful to the app, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
